The Principles

Every philosophy rests on its core truths. The ideas that shape its vision and guide its practice. Coherent Meditation is built on three such truths.
Together, they form the inner framework of how we understand energy, how we take ownership of experience, and how we expand awareness across dimensions. They are:

I. Energy First

Every living being is a micro-expression of macro-Earth, and while each of us is unique, we are all made of Earth’s energetic field. Our thoughts, emotions, and intentions emit signals that contribute to the collective frequency of Earth. In turn, Earth’s energy field influences each of us. This is the loop—the energetic cycle of life.

Key Components

1. Macro/Micro Earth

There is no separation between you and Earth. You are the human expression and Earth is the planetary expression of the same energy. This understanding will guide you on the path of purpose the way it guides migrating animals on theirs.

2. Quantum Entanglement

Quantum physics affirms that we are connected by frequency, not randomness. Regardless of whether you intend to attract or avoid circumstance, what you place your attention on will inevitably unfold into your reality.

3. Conscious Attraction

When you become aware of your energy body, you begin to realize the manifesting power of thoughts, emotions, and intention. You begin self-regulating thoughts, practicing emotional alchemy and fine-tuning your intentions to gain traction on your path of purpose.

II. Self Accountability

If embodying the Energy First pillar is about realizing that you are an individual influenced by the collective, then Self-Accountability is about determining how you will influence the collective as an individual.
Key Components

1. Ownership

Ownership ensures your contributions come from the heart, not the ego. Taking full responsibility for your circumstances is the first step. When you stop blaming others for hardships, you can trust that what you offer the collective will be authentic and constructive.

2. Purpose

As a human form of Earth, your energy is part of a greater whole. When you take full ownership of your experience and align your actions with that truth, your deeper purpose emerges—one that reflects your heart and benefits more than just you.

3. Intention

Your intention guides how you move through the world and present yourself to it. It directs your actions toward short-term milestones that support your purpose. In other words, your intention forges the path that leads to your purpose.

III. Dimensionality

We are multidimensional beings—and Coherent Meditation helps us remember that.
Within the practice, there are three core dimensions through which we experience our shared world.
Knowing where you stand within these dimensions becomes the baseline for understanding where others are—so you can set clear expectations and determine the level of interaction you’re willing to engage in with those around you.
Key Components

1. Reality - 3rd Dimension

The third dimension is reality as experienced through the five senses. It holds the personal, professional, and social spheres we all share. But fear—especially of death—can trap us in survival mode, reacting to life instead of consciously creating it.

2. Emotionality - 4th Dimension

The fourth dimension is emotionality—a conscious expansion beyond physical reaction. Here, emotions are honored as energy in motion, guiding rather than disrupting. With discernment, compassion, and patience, you move from reactivity to coherence—refining your path leads to mastery of the Triad of Life.

3. Spirituality - 5th Dimension

The fifth dimension emerges through emotional mastery. No longer driven by emotion, you align with the macro experience. Your personal life becomes spiritual embodiment, bridging inner and outer worlds. In this clarity, coherence unlocks real-time manifestation—where your inner state shapes the unfolding of reality.
